How unlimited data works
Will I lose internet access after using my daily GB?
No. On plans with a daily allowance, those GB are the data you can use at high speed each day. After using them, you still have data at your plan's stated reduced speed during your selected days. You do not need to buy more GB to continue at that speed.
When does the high-speed allowance renew?
On plans with a daily allowance, high-speed data renews each day according to the operator's cycle. The renewal time depends on the plan and does not necessarily coincide with midnight at your destination.
What changes when the speed is reduced?
Pages and content may take longer to load. Video, video calls and downloads may be limited depending on the plan's reduced speed and available coverage. Check the speed shown for each option before choosing.
How is this different from a GB package?
A GB package gives you a total amount of data for the plan's entire validity. An unlimited plan keeps data available during your selected days; when it lists a daily allowance, that allowance applies only to high-speed data. Plans without a stated daily allowance are subject to the operator's usage policy. Check the terms of the option you choose.
